Perfect Location and Comfort
I loved the excellent location, just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, featuring fresh pastries and locally sourced coffee. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Although the exterior could use a bit of sprucing up, the quality of the stay more than made up for it.

Fantastic location and great service
I had a wonderful stay, with the hotel's perfect location just a short walk from the beach and local attractions. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, and I loved the inviting community areas where guests could relax and mingle. Plus, the friendly staff accommodated all my needs and made my experience memorable. One minor issue was the shower drain, which was a bit slow but didn't affect my overall enjoyment.

Great location right by the harbor, and the bed was super comfy. Plus, they had EV charging spots in the parking, which was a unexpected win for us.
Yeah, it wasn't exactly a bargain but still decent for what you get.

A Wonderful Night in Santa Barbara with Comfortable Accommodations!
I had a pleasantly surprising stay, especially with the incredibly soft sheets that made for a restful night. The staff was welcoming and attentive, resolving my minor requests promptly. For a delightful breakfast, do try the onsite café. their pastries are a must! Choose a room on a higher floor for better views.

We had a fantastic experience! The hotel's convenient location made it easy to stroll to local attractions. We enjoyed the pleasant outdoor courtyard while our babies took their naps. Breakfast was a treat with fresh coffee and pastries, making mornings delightful.
In my wife's opinion, more shaded areas by the pool would be great for the little ones.

I recently spent two nights at La Playa Inn, and I loved the location. Just a short walk to the beach, easy access to neighborhood shops, and restaurants nearby. The room had a nice size. It felt very comfortable and clean. The furnishings were well-kept. However, I did notice some noise from traffic, especially in the mornings when the trash was being collected. It wasn’t unbearable, but it disrupted the peace a bit. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful, making check-in a breeze. One downside was the lack of a clock and the absence of soap in the room — I had to bring my own. Overall, my stay was relaxing, but those little details could use some attention.

We had an awesome time staying here with friends. It was super close to the beach, and we loved hanging out at the local shops and renting bikes nearby. The staff were helpful, and the breakfast and coffee were a nice touch. Just a heads up, the access from the street to the back stairs could use some extra security.
One downside was that the hotel looked a bit shabby from the outside, which made us wonder about it at first, but it was actually a great choice for our stay.
